  • The gas lines are beginning to corrode on the gas meter. Leaks may develop leaks if not repaired. The floor sheathing under the bathroom has water damage and has deteriorated. Recommend repairs and microbial remediation.
  • The main panel was missing a filler plate at the top of the panel. Electrical issues are considered a hazard until repaired. Recommend repairs. Breaker panel cover was not removed for inspection due to thunderstorms. Recommend re-inspection once access is available.
